Relaxation Massage
Stress Reduction Massage is advisable in the presence of general, physical and mental fatigue. Some of the benefits from a massage could be: it relaxes the cerebrospinal nervous system, relaxes congestion, promotes drainage, helps clear toxins, and delivers oxygen and nutrients to the tissues as well.
During my massage sessions I usually incorporate one or more of the energy techniques listed in this brochure. I feel the body’s energies then we work at a multidimentional level to promote wellbeing and relaxation.
